molting doris

Hi folks. I have a chicken named doris who seems to be molting. Her head and neck look pretty good, but the rest of her looks terrible. My other chickens have been molting too, but they feathers seem to have grown back pretty quickly. She doesnt want anything to do with the other chicks, and they dont seem to care for her anymore. I am really worried about her. I was just wondering if rather than molting, their might be something else wrong with her? Is their some disease she might have? I would really appreciate any advice!

Have you checked for mites and lice?

Hi again, No we havent, in fact I was going to try to find out how you do that, and what to do if she has that problem.
