Molting? Or just pecked?

I'm not sure what a normal molt looks like since this is my first year raising chickens. I have an older "adopted" EE who is losing feathers everywhere, they cover her run, but you can't see where they are missing. And for my other chickens, there is one is either getting pecked or going through a molt. There are feathers growing back in over her fluff on her back. Occasionally the dominant hen will peck at the others, so I'm not sure what is going on. It's been a very warm January so far, so could that trigger their molt?

It sounds like molting. This thread (https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=580968) has a lot of pictures of molting birds, just so you get an idea.
