Molting or not ?

Hi guys, when i went to let the chickens out this morning i noticed a load of white feathers in the corner of the coop. When i went back on the afternoon to check on them there was white feathers everywhere! I cant tell which chicken there off, is this molting? Or is she getting picked on? Its cold here in the UK...Tracy.

Just to let you know there between 16 and 22 weeks old...

I don't think they should be molting that young but I may be wrong, hope someone else with more expertise will respond.

They can go through some mini molts pretty early on.
