I have two chicks that look like they are either molting or getting pecked at. I don't know which so I am hoping someone can help me.

The buff is 5 weeks and the golden comet is 4 weeks.

A week ago I had a bird that was clearly pecked at so I enlarged the brooder and moved the chicks to the garage but still with a heat lamp. When I see them together i haven't seen any pecking. Please help is this molting or are they being pecked at. The first three pic is the Buff and the other two pics is of the Golden comet.

I am not seeing what ypu are I giess. The patchy places look like where they lost their fluff and are getting feathers. At about 4-6 weeks my chicks necks were bald. Within a few days started seeing feathers. Maybe that is what you see.
