Molting or something else?

Pretty much all my girls look like this, I have 30 chickens. The roosters dont have it.
 
It probably started as rooster damage from mating, and now flock mates are feather pecking/plucking the pin feathers. Hen saddles, separation from the roosters, pin less peepers - any or all could help.
