Mom's famous Pasta salad

    Please note that this is a very LARGE recipe as I have a large family.


    5 lbs Rotini noodles (cooked and drained)
    Two large Tomatoes (diced)
    1 large sweet onion
    2 cans black olives(sliced)
    2 lbs cheddar cheese (cubed)
    2 lbs summer sausage or kielbalsa (cubed)
    Italian dressing
    parmesan cheese (for garnish)


    Mix everything other than the parmesan together in a very large bowl. Use as much or as little dressing as you like (we usually use 2-3 bottles). Chill at least overnight (2 full days is best). Serve with parmesan

    My mouth's watering! I'll try it this weekend. Supposed to feel like 105 degrees tomorrow. Bring on the cold food recipes! Thanks:D

    Thats alot of noodles! The recipe sound delicious! I may have to give it a try but cut it down to a smaller recipe. Thanks for sharing!
