I have a 1 month old chick that has started walking very strangely.
It seems to pick it's leg up right to it's chest and stretches it out then places it down, it walks closer to the ground than normal but a bit unbalanced, only started yesterday. Both legs seems affected.
What could this be?
Thank you
I have a video of it but trying to work out if I can upload it :)

Try giving a good multivitamin one with Riboflavin especially and see if there is any improvement. Sometimes young chicks can get a riboflavin deficiency and it will affect the legs. Has the chick been outside? Was it vaccinated for Mareks disease? Likely being so young it could be the vitamin defiency or even a slipped tendant. Make sure leg is normal , no slipped tendant, nothing in the foot pad and if you dont see a physical issue, try the vitamins. Hope this . Best wishes
