I looked up the brand and there seem to be several models. I don't have one, but maybe adding more details about which one you're using would get more responses.

Maybe rephrase your question: what do you like/dislike about this incubator. Hatch rate varies significantly between even individual hatches by the same person, let alone between incubators/species/time/individuals etc. there are a hundred variables that can affect it, the particular incubator is likely the least important factor (assuming it can maintain a steady temp). You can have great hatches in an Amazon cheapie or a homemade unit or awful hatches in the best unit in the world.
