I'm leaning toward cockerel, but your pic is at a very bad angle for determining gender. Can you post another closeup showing the head facing the camera so we can see the comb and wattles. Also a closeup of the tail and hackle feathers would be helpful. )

I'd guess cockerel if that's green I'm seeing in those tail feathers. I don't think that can happen in most breed's pullets.
