    BEST RECIPE IS TO COOK AT 99.5 X 18 DAYS THEN MARINATE IN GAMEBIRD STARTER FOR 8 WKS THEN ADD TO CROCK POT AND DROWN IN BBQ SAUCE SLOWLY OVER 4-6 HRS. [​IMG]

    OR IMMERSE IN HOT PEANUT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN...

    I use a steamer like you would for shrimp the beer/ale goes in the pan then the steamer with the birds and bacon goes in the pan I use bacon because I skin most of the birds I process
