Morning Surprise

    Went out to the rabbit house to put out a couple of frozen pop bottles because of how hot it is. Rabbits like to lay against them to stay cool.

    Found one baby bunny on the floor and 2 more in the cage next to my DS's rex doe.[​IMG] [​IMG]
    There was hair in her cage so we are sure she had the babies. Checked her and there was milk in the teats.
    put some bedding into a box and put the babies in there. She hopped right in there and we left them alone. they weren't there yesterday morning.
    this is her first litter.

    No idea of which buck was the daddy because both of them were killed by the dogs. So it was either the mini lop or neatherland dwarf. [​IMG] not a great mix.
