Most expensive / Rare breed of chickens

I am sure this question must have been asked many a times before but can someone tell me which is the most expensive breed of chicken. And which is the most rare?

IMHO that is an ever changing answer. the rarer the bird the more expensive. It gets imported/bred/reproduced numbers increase the price goes down and its not as rare.
