I’m down to 11 from my order of 20 from Cackle. But I think the rest seem pretty robust. I also have three that pipped this morning in my incubator!!!

so sorry for your loss. while meyer has great customer service and beautiful chicks, I wonder if the trip was just too hard on the little ones! I always try to order from hatcheries within 1-2 day shipping range even for eggs.
