My hen hatched two chicks 6weeks ago and the other day she started to sleep with the rest of the flock but she is bringing the chicks with her and the other hens are pecking them what should I do?

Did you have them separated from the flock until she joined the flock?

A hen will protect the chicks from the flock till they're weaned. When she has raised them with the flock, the others will leave them alone and be accepted. If they have been separated through their infancy, she's done with them and you need to keep them separated till the chicks are nearly the same size.
