Mouldy eggs?

So I have several chickens, I collect their eggs daily. They have access to food, fresh water oyster shells and grit, along with fresh fruits and vegetables. Today when I collected their eggs I found these mouldy looking spots on their eggs....are my hens sick?

no, not sick... it looks like the hen's color system messed up. It happens on occasion and is nothing to worry about .
