when should i move my baby chicks outside? it’s usually 100-110 outside

Anytime, really. Just depends on your set up and whether you have other chickens. As long as the temp is above 75 degrees and they are over 4 weeks old, you don't really need a heat lamp anymore either.

What is your coop like? Can you post pics? That is quite hot. I'd move them outdoors but provide shade, water and I'd watch closely for panting/over-heating. I have insulated my coop to keep it warm in winter and cool in summer heat. I also have a fan for very hot days.
