Moving from Incubator to Brooder

I have eggs in my incubator that will be 21 days old on Friday. I also have eggs that will be 14 days old on Friday. I have an automatic egg turner. I have heard that you are not supposed to turn eggs in the last 3 days, so can I move the oldest ones to a brooder on Tuesday so that the younger ones keep going?

DOH! Well, that's hard one. Personally, I'd do just what you say. I don't know if it's the best option or not, but you're already there, so that's what I'd do.
