Just wanted to get an opinion on when you all decided to move your hens outside. I've got one that appears to be ready but she's a lot older than the others and doesn't like to be separated from the rest.

    Thanks in advance :)

I moved my recent batch outside at 3 weeks; but they're in a stock tank with constant supply of heat and in a shed.

If you can't make it insulated or have heat, they shouldn't be outside till full feather, which is usually around 6-8 weeks.

Oh great that helps a lot! One is full feather and one is very close but two of them are a few weeks out. :)

It was summer so I kinda moved u and out around 2 or 3 months or less...

    For winter,around 5 or 6 months.
Keep in mind, they have series of soft molts,so your full featthered bird may lose some in the whole process.Be safe!
