    Hi, my chooks have eaten all my grass and now its been raining its a mudbath out the back! I have bought some woodchip bark but I hear its not good to put it down on wet soil,is this right?     Many posters are strongly in favor of using a layer of sand to allow for drainage. It might be worth a try.
