Hello Everyone,
I grew up raising chickens for eggs and meat, but did not have them for years. We now currently have 15 Icelandic Chickens.

I forgot the joy of having them around. There curiousity, and the excitement in my daughter's eyes everytime we do anything with them.

We are also are looking at raising rabbit next year as well. We also breed and show our birds.

My daughter had been asked for 2 years to get chickens, she they are her baby's at this point. I feel that it is so important to teach children from a young age.
