Multiple hens wheezing

Can't say how lethal it is...there's always a possibility that a chicken can die from respiratory disease (or 1000s of other things).
Treating symptoms is about all you can do.
IF it's Mycoplasma, then an antibiotic can help with symptoms chickens will still be carriers and can relapse during times of stress.

As mentioned above - you can try your vet to see if they have anything you can use to start treatment ASAP, if not, then you will need to order medication online which may take longer or may not be available. Antibiotics are hard to find, so if you can find it is stock, then usually it's best to get it.

Denagard (Tiamulin), Tylan (Tylosin) or Tetracycline/Oxy/Doxy can be used for Mycoplasma.

In the meantime...post some photos of the hens, their poop too.
Try to keep them hydrated, provide good ventilation and encourage them to eat.
We just put antibiotics in their water, wazine, ACV, and moisturized the coop and run with water, as it's been dry.

Wazine is for roundworms only, needs to be given for only 24 hours, and I probably would not mix the medications, and leave out the ACV, just my opinion. As a nurse, I have had some medicines clump and be useless if mixed together. It doesn’t always happen with all medicines, just be aware. Roundworms might be treated after the antibiotics are completed, since they don’t usually cause the respiratory issues that capillary or gapeworms cause. I don’t think that gapeworms would even be a concern with your birds.

I agree. I would omit the Wazine and ACV for the time being.
@CrazyChickenDude what antibiotic are you using?

I just moisturized the chicken run, and they're clearing up. This pollen is so excessively abundant, and we haven't had a good rain since Early February. There's a puddle outside the run, and it's yellow.
