All you wonderfully resourceful people out there--do you have any good recipes for the mustard greens that are waiting to be used from my garden?

Thanks in advance

I think my mom made a dip with them. Just stick some in a blender or food processer and you are good to go

I'm not sure if she added anything else. Maybe mayonaise? I'll have to ask her.

Just the old Southern style

Brown 2-3 smoked hamhocks and a handfull of chopped onion in a large pot. Fill to over-stuffed with wet-washed greens, add a 1/2 cup of water, cover tightly and simmer on low till greens are tender, as you like them. For me, 30-45 minutes is enough. Stir in a tbsp of sugar before serving, heaped on a platter with the hocks.

Have a BIG pile of soft, hot cornbread squares with butter on the sideboard to sop up all them yummy juices.

Oh, and lots of sweet iced tea to wash it all down with. Lots of sweet tea.
(man, Im making myself hungry, ya'll....)
