anyone else experience this?
someone who you feel awkward around
they feel awkward around you (in a bad way, I mean)
and you are forced onto the same shift and have to work together...

I actually find it kind of funny
I watch them twitching and grumbling under their breath
it is not nice when they decide to make rude gestures when
your back is turned
but still pretty funny haha

Yes i experienced that,
Ugh no I don't enjoy the awkwardness,

unless it's me on purpose

Go have a drink and hash it out. I had a guy I had to work with that I thought was a real jerk. We were setting up a store in an out of state city and had to share a rental car and be together all day. After a day of total stress he suggested we go get a drink in the hotel bar after work. After that we ended up the best of friends.

If you can't get along, be careful you don't give him a chance to deep 6 you with the boss. Any mistakes will be taken advantage of.

Wow yeah
I try to be a good boy

people like that sometimes irk me though
especially the ones who are not willing to give you a chance
know what I mean?

yeah, i've got a guy that threw me under the bus and i called him out on it. (was about 1/2" from dragging him out to the parking lot) i held my cool, because he was going to be leaving, but i gave him a few kind words.

well, now he's back.......

whatever, water under the bridge and down the river, unless he decides to open that stupid trap of his.

for now, i don't talk to him, he doesn't talk to me. we work in separate departments that have to deal with each other, so thankfully i don't HAVE to communicate with him a whole lot
