My 10-month old hen is not laying!!!

I have a 10-month-old hen that is NOT LAYING! She is a Rhode Island Red (hatchery stock), so I would expect her to be laying by now. Her coop-mates are all laying, so what's going on???

It may be her diet or the weather. Or she might just be stubborn. She will lay when its her time to lay she might even be on strike. Hope she starts laying sorry if I wasnt any help.
