My 1st Incubation begins tommorow!!! Yay!

So I made my D.I.Y incubator! Test ran it a few days...I have 7 eggs so far from 3 different chickens:

1 from a Bramha

4 from a Old English Game/Speckled Sebright/?? bantam mix

2 from a mystery large bantam..

I should get 2 or 3 eggs tommorow then there going in!!!

I am gonna run it tonight to get the temp up and make sure it's correct..then the hard waiting begins!! Ughh...I have to cut a few more airholes though!

So any tips for me??

Yup....I betcha the rooster has something to do with it:

Rooster to henson't lay anymore eggs! She could get a new rooster-you deon't want a new rooster!

Hens to rooster: We don't?

Rooster to hens: No!

Hens to Rooster: Oh, okay.


And normally they have laid at least 2 eggs my 9:30-10:30...not todaY!

I'll try and get one~ I have 1 dozen eggs so far an dpost poning incubation for a few days because me and my mom are taking a 'growing up' class. ))

So I won't be able to watch the eggs...Sunday night hopefully!

Yup...he concivincecd my bantam not to lay any eggs today but my other two did. )
