    Hello everyone .
I just got this breeding pair the other day from some folks who were moving and could not take them. They did not want them to go to the Mexican cock fighters and I didn't either . (no offense to any game cock breeders just not my thing)
I looked through all the breeds and have a hard time matching them up with one. any guesses?

Do they have feathered feet? They look like buff brahmas.

The cock may be a Buff Brahma or Buff Brahma mix. I'm not sure on the hen- she may be a Buff Brahma mix, but feather legs are usually dominant so I would think that she would have some.

actually I was just out there feeding them and she does have some feathers on the feet they were wet so I didn't notice them the first time.
The Guy said they were a pure bred pair I am not that familiar with all the breeds .. growing up when I was a kid we mainly had RIRs and leghorns... Never really had any variety. Just got into it this past year for my kids.

Both of them look like Buff Brahmas to me, though they could also be Buff Brahma mixes.

If they both have feathered legs, they are probably a Buff Brahma pair.
