my 2 yr old buff orp is molting is this normal this early in the year

first time iv had one molt this time of year . shes in full molt. the other 2 buffs the same age are not molting.

Has she molted in the past 6 mo? They will usually molt at 18 mo or later depending on the season and amount of light they're getting.
