Have you checked for pasty butt? Check its vent to make sure it's not blocked up with poop and preventing the chick from being able to expel waste. If it is blocked, use warm water and a damp warm cloth to gently loosen the poop stuck to its vent and remove it so it can pass all the built up poop.

Thanks i checked for pasty butt and after close inspection i could see that the belly button was severly infected, but it was too late, chick passed away last night, i vaguely remeber it being "different" when t came out of the shell compared to the others it was still like stuck to the shell via the sack for quite some time and it may have had the other chicks walk over it while the sack was absorbing and healing, may have been damaged very early on.. poor little chick..
always plenty of lessons to learn
