My 5 week old hen acting lazy

Hi! I have a Rhode Island Red hen, she is approximately 5 week old, I have attached a pic of her so you can have an idea, but today she was acting a lazier than ususal. She was perched in one spot, and sometimes stood on one spot doing nothing, and was eating normally and drinking normally too. Her poo is also normal. Why is she acting lazy? Please help.

You could give her some electrolytes and see if that perks her up. Keep an eye on her in case she develops any other symptoms.
