    I got 2 EE's (Sandra and Peeps)
3 Buff orps (Cali, Daisy and Maggie)
2 Cali whites (Snowy and Marshmallow)
    1 RIR (Ruby)

my son's hands in the first pic, I believe that is Ruby

I'm holding two buffs and one EE - Sandra

My daughter has Sandra on her lap

My hubby has one of the Cali Whites.

Cute chicks! I was wondering what the "grow gel" is? Does it have something to do with shipping?

The grow gel has the vitamins etc they need in teh first few days - its a powder and you mix it with water.

I'm concerned about what to do about warmth, we've done nothing today cause its been so dang hot anyway - the room where they are is at about 85-90 right now....
my heat lamp didn't arrive yet, I'm thinking of using a small space heater for tonight - would that be ok?
It will probably drop to the 70's tonight

Quote:You'll have to do something, 70 is way to cool for babies. I guess if all you have is a space heater then use it. [IMG]
