My baby 1 day old chick wont stand

hi my baby 1 day old chick wont walk and it is not straddle legged and it doesn't have its toes curled up I have put some sugar in its water and I have also watered down the mash it eats really well but it wont stand

if anyone can help I had one die a couple of weeks ago and I want to try my hardest to help this one please help...

its okay I had 39 hatch this week and all seem good but one it has one small eye and one large eye
