I took my two DD out side yesterday to play and decided to get the chicks out to. I did not want to put them on the gowned yet because they are still really little so I put them in the girls wagon. At first the girls were okay with the chicks being in there wagon but then my sixteen month old decided that she wanted in her wagon. Its big enough that i could put her in it with the chicks so I sat down next to the wagon and let her get inside with the chicks. It was so funny because she did not want them to be on her, she wanted them to move were she wanted them. The only other problem is she does not understand how to be gentle with them yet. I am worried she is really going to hurt them but she gets really up set when she can not see them she likes touching them. I think its because there soft. I am not really sure what i should do. How do I help her learn to be gentle with them or do I just not let her hold them at all. Any ideas and suggestions would be great thank you. Here is a picture of the sixteen month old DD with here Mema and her chicks. this is her petting the chick Mema is holding but she is keeping her eyes on the other chicks. this one is her petting and talking to her chick.
