my baby chick has a bloody nail

How can I bandage it up and with what its bleeding pretty bad and it looks like its gonna fall off
 
separate and keep on paper bedding, like whole sheets of newspaper or towel. place medication on injury and allow to stay in box. infection would be my worry from ground or other chicken droppings.
