Hi and welcome to BYC. I would suggest posting your question on the ER forum - https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/10/emergencies-diseases-injuries-and-cures for assistance from the experts, but in the meantime, you could try giving vitamin supplements / electrolytes via drinking water (even some honey in water could help while you are waiting for further advice).

    All the best

It may need its chick feed ground smaller and dampened a bit with water. Does it drink water? If you tap on the water dish it will get the idea. Or you gently dip it's beak in water so it knows where to drink. How old is the chick? Do have you it under a heat lamp that provides warmth? Baby chicks chill easily and take ill. You can try tempting it with small pieces of scrambled egg, plain yogurt,or warm oatmeal. Since it is an only (?) chick, give it a stuffed animal to cuddle with.

Hope your little one is better soon. The emergency forum recommended by CTKen is a good place to get some assistance (be sure to give them as many details as possible).

    Good luck!
