My baby chick seems really attached to me!!

Hey y'all!!! New to the forum and received my first flock of baby chicks a little over 2 weeks ago. I have one girl in particular, a Dominique, who will jump on my shoulders or arm for a ride around the house whenever I open the brooder door!! Once or twice now she's chased off other chicks trying to hang out on my arm while brooder cleaning. Loving them so much but it's crazy how attached she (Hazel girl) is to me already!! Is this normal??

I think so some chick just do that! I had one and I could call her over and she would come running!

My girl Betty White (White Leghorn) is by my side constantly! She has been that way since I got her as a chick 5 years ago. Very protective of me and rides around on my shoulder anytime I let her! She is super jealous of any other girl that gets my attention! I love her so much
