my baby chicken has a lump on its neck

The lump is huge and I don't know if its his crop or not but I can see water inside of it ......since I've had him he doesn't sleep much and chirps all night and eats so much like alot honestly I don't think its his crop

Do you only have one chick, and are you keeping it warm in a brooder under a heat lamp? They will chirp if they are too cold or if they are alone. If the lump is fairly soft on on the right side of the chick's chest just under the neck, it is probably the crop. If the chick is eating it should be okay.
