My baby chicken looks sick (please help)

hi my baby chicken looks sick and I dont know what to do and she is the smallest one and they do peck at her one pecked he eye
she doesn't want to eat all the time (she does get up some time to eat on her own but only for 1-3 minutes)
she just sleeps all day
doesn't want to be with other chicks
she barley opens her eyes
and she sleeps with he face down
I have to feed her and give her water
and she can barley walk straight she likes loses balance

Can you post pictures? How is her breathing? I'd try Nutri Drench for now. The pic you tried to post doesn't seem to be working.

Good, vitamin deficiency is my guess. Nutri drench is best, but watered down gatorade can also work.

Yup, try watered down Gatorade or Nutri Drench

Any poop pics? Make sure it has plenty of heat as well..

Doesn't look like there's much you can do for the little thing. You could try feeding her some very scrambled eggs and give her some Nutri Drench in her water.
How long has she been acting sick for?

phew thank you at least its not too bad my mom and others were saying she going to die thank you so much for the help first baby chick that has done this to me
