My baby chick's Bilicord problems

i have a 4 day old baby and her Bili cord has stuff coming out of it and the other baby's are picking at it and so i had to move the baby away from them and now i don't know what to do....... The baby is now chirping and it acts weak and wobbly and it wont mive much at all, im not sure on what to do at this point......Will this kill my baby ? Help me figure this out please.....Thank you!

Pictures would help for sure. Can't offer much help without them. If the umbilical cord is torn out the baby would already be dead so that's not it; perhaps the yolk sac was not properly absorbed. Hopefully not an umbilical hernia or prolapse of intestines.
