In there little box with there heat lamp and food and water I work for a hatchery and I know to check there temp regularly an everything but they seemed perfectly healthy last night and I checked them about 930 this morning and they look like that an I'm not sure if I should worry about my hens cause she sat on em until they hatched an then I removed them

The box may have overheated if the chicks could not get away from the heat. I would suspect that over a disease. Did you have a thermometer reading? How big was the box?
