Now that is a sweet flock to let that tiny one hang around. Also, love that blanket rack - I have one of those stored because I don't have any room inside for it - it may be in the coop tomorrow. [IMG]

That is adorable! He's so little I almost didn't see him among the big kids. [IMG]

I liked the blanket rack idea too...very cool!

And how sweet is that with all the big folks...he/she must think she/he is pretty big stuff with them... your little ones hang out with the big ones all day? all the time? pretty nice big chickens...I've been contemplating letting my 1 week olds meet my 3 week olds, but I'm a little nervous about it...

All three of my groups are together now. Adults, teens and the baby. I thought it was really funny that baby chick got up on the roost, but the five "teens" were still sleeping on the ground.

This morning I found my border collie with the other baby. I don't know what happened, but the chick was dead. Until the chick gets bigger I'll keep him up or the dog chained. He leaves the grown flock alone.
