I named her Pippa because as a chick she was sooo noisy!
Cheep, cheep, cheep! All the time.
And now as an adult - She's JUST as noisy! [IMG]

I want to get a couple silkies this year - Are silkies very noisy? I can't take too much more noise in my hen house. [IMG]

Well, all the silkies I've met have their own personality :]. My silkie cockerel is generally quiet, with the exception of a few happy coos every now and then. While Pippa (my silkie pullet) on the other hand, never shuts-up :U.

Hmmmm, maybe I won't get a silkie then.
I'd have to start a chicken choir. [IMG]
