My Barred Rocks are 3.5wks old...WARNING- Funny looking teenage stage!

    They will be four weeks old on Wednesday (the 27th). They are doing SO well and growing like little weeds! They aren't cute anymore, and they're not pretty yet - but I LOVE them!!!!



    PS the red cast to the pictures is from the heat lamp (still turned on at night).

    LOL, I have 15 that are about the same age, they are so ugly when they are this age !!!! Cant wait till they get pretty

    Isn't it amazing how something so cute can turn into something so beautiful, but the process is just ugly??? [​IMG] I think we all still think they're somewhat cute especially our own.

    LOL it makes me giggle.. I kinda feel bad for them! They just look so nerdy:Dbut they are all so cute!

    I actually like this stage. They are truly so ugly that they are cute...they remind me of tiny emu's.

    They are adorable! I'd love to get a barred rock. I have 3 RIR's and 2 Americanaus. What brand are your feeders and are they easy to fill and clean?
