I have BO roosters and hens, I also have BR roosters and hens they are kept together.
My BR's eggs are not hatching (I can tell the difference because of egg color).
The eggs are fertile everything is going great, lock down come I candle the air cells are a bit small in all the eggs (34 a mix of BR,BO and silkie) All but 7 eggs hatch on the 21st day. 1 silky and 6 from my BR hens.
The eggs from my BO hens hatch with all BO chicks no crosses.
1 BR egg hatched with BR chick No cross.

When I opened the 6 eggs that did not hatch from my BR's the chicks did not internally pip and they were all crosses (I think hard to tell the color on wet chicks)

Where do I start looking to find what the problem could be?
I have 17 eggs set to go into lock down today
7 from my BR's and 10 from my BO just candled them air cell look good per egg candling diagram.
Humidity is 70%

Humidity is 70% before lockdown?

That's your problem. It's too high.

The "color" coating on eggs can affect porosity so they would have different humidity needs.

No Humidity is 70% for hatching.
My BR eggs are a darker brown then my BO eggs so should they be hatched separately?
