My broody Hamburg has managed to hatch her first chick! I haven't seen it yet, but I was just peeking in, and she rearranged some straw, gave a cluck, and I could hear it peeping!! I'm so excited, can't wait to catch a glimpse, and get a photo! She has been quietly 'talking' and rearranging herself for the last few hours too, I'm guessing to tell her chick to stay put! YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
