my broody silkie hen has white specks all over her face. Is that lice?

I was just holding my broody silkie & noticed she had all these tiny white things on her face. Does anyone know what that is? If it's lice can I get it from her? I am a first time chicken owner so I'm not really familiar with this.

You can't get them from her, but if it is lice or mites, you need to treat her, the flock, and the coop. They can die if the infestation gets heavy enough.
