My chick has a lump on its breast

It almost seems like a syst. Could it be something contagious? What should I do?

It's probably just his crop full of food.

Is this chicken different from the rest?
They all have a swelling on the right side due to the size of the crop, especially when it is full. Check if the lump is there first thing in the morning before she has her breakfast. It should feel fairly hard later on in the day when she has eaten and filled it up. Hope that is all it is.
