My chick is puking

I have a very young Barr Rock chick, and she is tilting her head back like she has just drank some water, and then I noticed a bubble and water like liquid running down out of her beak, I picked her up and squeezed a bit (not on purpose) and a yellowish fluid came out. What is going on? Is it sour crop? What should I do?

I don't know. Mine drink and puke sometimes too. Ick. Just see if she does it again, and that she's eating and drinking normal.

She seems to be, I sat and watched her for a while, and she ate a little bit. I'll just keep a watch still, thanks!
