My Chick is throwing up and inactive

One month old chick.
Yesterday her crop had some bigger molecules. I massaged her. Today her crop was good but still she is inactive and clear fluid is secreting in her beak.

She isn't eating or drinking water properly. So I had to feed her water through syringe. I will try poultry nutridrench with coconut oil.

Sounds like the crop is not empty if clear fluid is still coming from the beak.

Is she pooping at all?

Before she was excreting only clear fluid ... Now she is okay ... But still she is a bit inactive.. eating less and drinking water less..
