Hey all, my Americana girl just ate some wet cat food. Is it toxic to her? Should I be worried? The kind if tuna and fish fancy feast, and I didnt think she could get to the food, so I dont know how much she ate. Thanks!

Shell be fine. I sometimes give cat food as a treat, not often, because it's quite high in protein. Just don't make a daily habit of it!
No. Ive actually given my chicken wet cat food during their molt. Its good for them for extra protein.

Even if your chooks ate your CAT I wouldnt be worried.

i also have supplemented my chickens with cat food. Just make sure it doesn't have chicken in it. That means actually reading the label
My flock had eaten many things with -gasp! - chicken in it. Not a problem. They even stripped a cooked chicken carcass clean a few times. And once, the turkey carcass left over after Thanksgiving.
They were very thankful. ;-)

Chicken is just fine for them to have and I give it to mine all the time. I just don't let them know any names.
