My chicken has canker...it's pretty obvious but the Vet says antibiotics are forbidden in chickens

You may want to buy some KayTee Exact baby bird feed which is a balanced complete feed for tube feeding. Here is another tube feeding set for an adult chicken:

I wonder if she suffered an injury to the inside of her beak possibly fighting, and her tongue may have been damaged. Any more pictures to see the inside would be helpful.
It is tough taking pictures of her..esp since her jaw is swollen...I'm holding a tiny flashlight between my teeth to give more light..it's tough. It looks like she has dried sludge in her mouth and outside too on the right corner. I'm having a hard time finding her esophagus.
You can't see how swollen her jaw is...but the Vet said it was really hard.

So I was reading this excerpt on google about Canker and it says:
"Other signs include difficulty eating/swallowing, weight loss, difficulty breathing, a fluffed-up appearance, and increased saliva production."

Before I noticed the area around her mouth, she was all fluffed up...her head appeared tiny because she was so fluffed. And she also has the other symptoms but not sure about the saliva production.

Do you think any of the beak problem could have been caused by an injury or fighting?
No, I only have 6 chickens and a rooster and they follow each other in a line like elementary school kids going to lunch. So why the swelling is the mystery. They all just molted and look amazing, except for her now.

Many folks here have no vet within hours of them, if even that.

We've learned from the experiences and expertise of those like @Eggcessive that sometimes chickens need antibiotics. This is one of those times.

We can get antibiotics and other products, like the acidified copper sulfate online and without prescriptions.

Here are some of those places.

I just wanted to add, that now her beak is odorous. Not horribly but it does have an odor. I'm pretty sure she has canker.

Are you seeing more yellow gunk inside
the beak? Hopefully the metronidazole will help. Has it arrived yet? If any of the yellow plaques are blocking her airway, they may need to be removed. That may cause bleeding.
The vet gave me Ronidazole today. Which is similar to the metronidazole...which I have not got yet.
She's barely drinking water...can I give it to her in a syringe?
Also she has one yellow plaque that I can see , but mostly hers is black-ish.
